Product Owner – Community Platform Developer

">Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and delivering community platform software. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with engineers during the development cycle, coordinating in-flight work, demo reviewing completed work, and owning team delivery.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Directly collaborating with engineers to break down complex technical tasks into smaller, deliverable pieces and preparing ticket requirements.
  • Preparing high-level concept designs to review internally and detailed designs and UX flows, working with the product team to define scope.
  • Attending team meetings to clarify scope, test ideas, and collect feedback.
  • Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Contributing to release notes and monitoring production support for issues raised by customer support teams.
">Requirements
  • Experience working closely with product managers and engineers to plan, prioritize, and deliver work or previous experience as a product owner.
  • Proficiency in Figma, creating UI libraries and design systems, and a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
  • Experience in web app and/or mobile app design, familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and comfort with ambiguity and shifting deadlines.
