Program Overview

The Management Trainee Program is a key initiative to develop business and leadership skills, providing participants with a unique opportunity to gain exposure and build expertise in finance.

Key Features:
  • Rotations across various divisions, including brand and/or commercial controlling, corporate finance, and divisional roles.
  • Dedicated mentoring from top talent management and buddy program with past Management Trainees.
  • Personal monthly catchups with Senior Management Team and regular interactions with HR & Subject Matter Experts.
  • Part of the international Management Trainee Cohort and permanent contract with guaranteed role after completion.
  • Hands-on experience in stores and conducting consumer research, comprehensive induction and onboarding process.
  • Customised learning and development throughout the year, access to e-learning modules for upskilling.

Finance Stream:

Gain experience in brand and/or commercial controlling across various divisions, active participation in managing brand or commercial spends in divisional roles.

Exposure and responsibility in month-end processes, ensuring processes are in line with Group standards and meeting internal and external audit requirements.

Managing and governing forecasts of key accounts, working collaboratively across functions to achieve business objectives.

Finance trainees have been involved in redesigning and improving metrics for sustainability tracking, streamlining processes for commercial tasks, navigating budgets, and monitoring promotional compliance.
