Senior Systems Assurance Engineer

This role entails providing technical assurance for various engineering design specialties aboard ships. It involves complex system integration, ship vulnerability, survivability, maritime aviation, and physical security.
Collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders within Defence and industry partners is essential.
About the RoleAs an Integration and Transverse Engineering Manager, you will have a strong background in systems engineering, naval architecture, or mechanical engineering. You should have substantial experience in system integration within the acquisition or sustainment of maritime or similarly complex systems.
Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively in a collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assurance for ship engineering design specialties

- Lead teams to achieve project goals while mentoring junior staff
