Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Golf Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in shift management within attractions or entertainment environments, with a proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily golf operations and venue shift management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and promote repeat visitation.
  • Lead a team of guest service hosts to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Collaborate on operational enhancements, revenue initiatives, and product development.
  • Upsell and generate revenue through effective sales and service techniques.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in shift management within attractions or entertainment environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading teams within a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to influence revenue and manage costs effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in Food and Beverage is an advantage.
