Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient-centered care in your chosen specialty unit
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior nursing staff
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and professional development activities
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience depending on the type of contract
- Advanced clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and challenging work environment
