Role Overview

As a Banking & Finance professional, you will form part of our collaborative team and work alongside lawyers across various offices to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on structuring and documenting their project financing arrangements
  • Acquisition and leverage transactions
  • Property transactions
  • General corporate finance matters
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a Banking & Finance team within a law firm or similar setting
  • Exposure to project, leverage, acquisition, property, or corporate finance transactions
  • Experience working with diverse clients across multiple industries on complex matters
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others
