This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results. As a Virtual Services Senior Medical Workforce Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Medical Workforce and Medical Workforce Leadership team.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. You will also require a strong understanding of medical workforce planning and recruitment processes, as well as experience in office administration within a complex environment.
Some key responsibilities of this role include assisting doctors with queries regarding Continuing Medical Education (CME) claims, gaining an understanding of the operational requirements for a portfolio of clinical units, and providing a point of contact for all internal stakeholders regarding all SMS employment matters.
