Key Responsibilities:
  • Mid-tier client: Employment lawyers with 4 PQE experience to work with expert partners on enterprise agreement bargaining, employment disputes, restructuring, and IR matters.
  • Senior Associate/Special Counsel role: Full range of employment issues, including IR, enterprise agreements, termination of employment, and anti-discrimination.
  • Associate/Senior Associate role: Provide advice and representation to clients across various industries, including health, aged care, and professional services.
  • Practice Group Head: Broad role involving consultancy elements, advising on employment law, contracts, agreements, and policies.
  • Top Tier client: WHS lawyer with 2-5 years PQE to work across WHS issues, including commercial drafting, regulatory compliance, and litigation.
  • Mid Tier client: Senior Associate Employment Lawyer to work across employment matters, including IR, enterprise agreements, and anti-discrimination.
