Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience

    • Warmly greet guests, check them in, and provide a comprehensive orientation
  • Sales and Upselling
    • Promote and sell spa services and retail items to enhance the guest experience
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date with knowledge on spa services and amenities to provide expert recommendations
  • Trend Awareness
    • Stay informed about the latest trends in the luxury spa industry to deliver innovative experiences
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction
