- Assist Maintenance Manager with day-to-day operations of hotel maintenance, including pool, spa, and HVAC systems.
- Perform fixture repairs and replacements, such as lightbulbs, windows, and doors.
- Conduct basic plumbing maintenance on taps, basins, and toilets.
- Inspect and maintain public spaces and guest rooms for preventative maintenance.
- Execute painting duties with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

**Qualifications**
- Trade Certificate or equivalent experience in maintenance or painting.
- Proficient in basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacements.
- Experience in conducting preventative maintenance checks.
- Skilled in painting techniques with an eye for detail and high-quality workmanship.
