As a Commercial Infrastructure Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the commercial success of our projects. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial and contractual aspects throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop cost estimates and Bills of Quantities
  • Evaluate tender processes and subcontractor quotes
  • Monitor budgets, variations, and cost forecasts
  • Support claims, valuations, and contract negotiations

Requirements:

  • 7+ years as a Quantity Surveyor or similar
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Civil infrastructure experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with estimating software is a plus
  • Australian working rights required
