Production Planner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team. As a key member of the Supply Chain function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing of orders.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in demand planning and possess excellent analytical skills. A Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management is preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the Operations Manager to set production schedules based on order intake and available resources;
  • Overseeing the inventory and forecasting system Netstock to ensure accurate reporting of stock levels and supplier order status;
  • Managing the purchasing process with suppliers, including managing ETDs, payment deadlines, shipping agent coordination, etc.;
  • Ensuring buy-in product and components are warehoused efficiently and accurately, including quality checks on shipments;
  • Maintaining accurate records and monitoring stocktake processes;
  • Providing monthly reports and updates to stakeholders;

This is a full-time, graduate position with a competitive salary package. You will work a 10-hour shift with fixed hours and have the ability to commute/relocate to Forrestdale, WA 6112. A valid Work Authorisation for Australia is required.
