Key Responsibilities- Assist in the daily operations of the centre, including planning and implementing educational programs for children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Contribute to the creation of a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Hold a valid Employee Working with Children Check
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Successfully completed 'Protecting Children - Mandatory reporting and other obligations for the Early Childhood Sector' training
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and National Regulations
