Cloud Infrastructure Leadership

We seek a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, including AWS and Alibaba Cloud, as well as experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams across multiple regions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Lead distributed teams of Cloud Infra & DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement robust security controls and automate incident response workflows.
  • Partner with IT operations to integrate SaaS, endpoint, and hybrid connectivity into infrastructure designs.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong technical expertise in AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Kubernetes, and IaC tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and cloud compliance frameworks.
