DevOps & Infrastructure Lead

About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps & Infrastructure Lead to architect, manage and scale hybrid cloud and on-premise environments. This role will oversee CI/CD pipeline design, infrastructure automation, data platform reliability and security compliance for high-volume, mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. DevOps Architecture & Delivery:
  • Architect and oversee CI/CD pipelines across hybrid cloud and private data centers, enabling seamless delivery of data and application services.
  • Define DevOps frameworks to automate deployments, patching, monitoring and incident remediation for high-volume data environments.
  • Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to enhance data-driven workflows, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Cloud, Data & Infrastructure Management:
  • Lead hybrid infrastructure spanning hybrid cloud and on-premise/private data centers, ensuring operational excellence and high availability.
  • Oversee data platform reliability, storage provisioning, database scaling and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Optimize compute, network and storage utilization for cost efficiency, performance and scalability.
Cybersecurity & Compliance:
  • Direct security incident response, root-cause analysis and remediation across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and red team exercises for data center and cloud workloads.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, focusing on secure data storage, encryption and access management.
Leadership & Strategic Collaboration:
  • Mentor engineers, fostering technical excellence and driving adoption of best practices in infrastructure and data security.
  • Lead collaboration across DevOps, Security and Data teams to ensure reliable and compliant data operations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape infrastructure strategies, budgets and technical roadmaps supporting business growth.
