Risk Policy Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Risk and Compliance function. This key role is responsible for the development, maintenance, and oversight of policy and process registries across Australia, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and promoting a strong risk culture.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and inclusive environment where they can make a meaningful impact on risk management practices. They will collaborate with industry-leading professionals and contribute to the strategic objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures based on regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Regularly review and update existing policies to reflect changes in legislation and emerging risks, ensuring all policies remain current and effectively communicated.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input during policy development, facilitating workshops to ensure policies are clear and comprehensible for all levels of the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.
- 3-5+ years of experience in risk policy development, preferably within the superannuation industry, with a proven track record in developing risk-related policy documents.
- In-depth understanding of risk management frameworks, procedures, and policies, with the ability to design comprehensive frameworks that comply with regulatory requirements.
