Wellness Enrichment Officer

Join our growing residential care community as a permanent Lifestyle Assistant, where you will help deliver engaging resident-led programs that support wellbeing, foster connection, and promote overall health.

About the Role

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for assisting with a range of activities from creative arts to social events and gentle exercise, helping create a vibrant, inclusive environment where residents feel valued and empowered to live each day with purpose.

About You

As an enthusiastic and dedicated team player, you will connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, supporting residents in maintaining their independence and enhancing their overall wellbeing. The successful applicant will hold or be willing to obtain a Certificate III or IV in Leisure and Health, demonstrating a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and services.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, resident-led programs that support wellbeing, foster connection, and promote overall health.
  • Assist with creative arts, social events, and gentle exercise, creating a lively atmosphere where residents can thrive.
  • Support part-time permanent and casual positions as appropriate.
