Transformative Solution Expert Wanted

We are on the lookout for an experienced transformative solution expert to join our technology office and drive transformational work across digital banking and consumer finance. This role requires a deep understanding of technology trends, platforms, and methodologies, as well as the ability to think strategically and design solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop high-level and detailed technical design specifications aligned with the overall solution architecture.
  • Lead the implementation of solutions, including coordination of development and deployment activities, and management of vendors.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with the organisation's technology roadmap and architecture principles.
  • Mentor and guide development teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A robust understanding of banking, especially consumer banking / consumer finance, is required to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Extensive experience in solution architecture, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to drive projects forward.
  • Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Strong technical skills with an understanding of different technologies, architecture patterns and design principles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker.
  • Adaptable leader who can problem solve and guide others.
  • Strong attention to detail.
