Illawarra Regional Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the Illawarra region of New South Wales. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to local council operations and support our team of Project Managers.
The role is 35 hours per week, on a 6-month contract with potential extension. You will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and conducting maintenance works on various council assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement Management
- Contract Administration
- Liaising with Contractors
- Stakeholder Liaison
- Financial Planning and Forecasting
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building-related discipline (preferable)
- Commitment to customer service and quality assurance processes
- Proven record as a Contracts Administrator/Project Officer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
