Lead Veterinary Team Member

Job Description:

At our veterinary practice, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Veterinary Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the growth and development of our practice.

As a Lead Veterinary Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated and passionate team of veterinarians, nurses, and support staff who share your commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to our veterinary team, ensuring that all patients receive the highest standard of care.
  • Support the clinical lead in developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with our practice manager to develop and implement business strategies, promoting the growth and success of our practice.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for our veterinary team, enhancing their skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced certificate holder or working towards a certificate.
  • Proven experience as a clinical leader, with a strong track record of driving clinical excellence and improving patient outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret diagnostics and make informed decisions.
