Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced applications support and training for end-users to optimize their experience with our Radiology portfolio of products.
  • Internal product training and certification of Bayer staff.
  • Develop and deliver product training and accreditation programs for internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Squads and Product Teams to create training materials that drive business growth.
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows, and industry events to support commercial activities.
  • Work closely with the APAC Applications Community to share best practices and maximize training efforts.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in a Scientific or Medical field, with previous experience in Radiography or Medical Physics highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of radiology informatics and digital solutions.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • High-level presentation skills, with previous training experience highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clinical stakeholders and influence their decision-making.
  • High level of motivation and ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and contribute to wider organizational outcomes.
  • Ability to work flexibly with competing priorities and deadlines.
