Heavy Equipment Maintenance Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Maintenance professional to join our team in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Boilermaker with trade qualifications and extensive mine site experience to work on CAT and Komatsu equipment. You will be responsible for performing ongoing repairs and maintenance, working predominantly on bucket repairs/rebuilds, tray work, wear packages and general fabrication.

You will be required to report to the Workshop Supervisor and ensure safe working practices and good housekeeping in the workshop and around the mine. Additionally, you will need to perform all work activities with the highest regard to industry safety standards.

The successful applicant will also have the ability to work independently as well as part of the Mobile Maintenance team.

Requirements
  • Trade Qualified in Engineering Fabrication
  • Extensive mine site experience with product knowledge on Hitachi, CAT & Komatsu equipment
  • Strong commitment to following health, safety and environment policies and procedures
  • Current MR truck licence
  • National Police Clearance (No older than 6 months)
  • Ability to complete a Pre-employment medical
