- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the annual business plan and budget to meet financial targets and drive business growth.
- Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance metrics, workforce plans, and resource requirements to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and manage a large team, including recruitment and termination processes, to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Business Development: Direct regional sales efforts, achieve revenue targets, and support corporate development plans to drive business growth.
- Operational Excellence: Analyze operational performance, develop strategies for improvement, and ensure compliance with all standards to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety legislation, Customs, Biosecurity, and employment laws to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Risk Management: Prepare annual risk management profiles and implement necessary actions to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Regional General Manager who has:
- Extensive experience in managing large multi-site teams and achieving business outcomes.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing P&L and business plans.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on integrity and employee engagement.
