We are currently seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join our high-performing Finance Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing AR ledgers across multiple entities, reconciling bank transactions with internal reports, and processing and matching deposits in the accounting system.

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will investigate discrepancies and outstanding balances, maintain debtor levels within KPIs, generate accurate ad hoc invoices, resolve internal and external AR queries, and identify and implement process improvements.

You will also assist with month-end close and journals, support stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with the finance team to meet targets.

To be successful in this role, you will bring hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and bank reconciliations, be a clear communicator who can solve problems with confidence, and have a detail-focused approach with a sharp eye for accuracy.

Highly organised, self-motivated, and thriving in a team environment is essential.

Additionally, solid PC and Excel skills, experience in large AR teams, and familiarity with TechnologyOne (Tech1) would be desirable.
