About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to teach your community life-saving skills and join the market leader in first aid. As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering first aid courses to a diverse range of learners, including individuals and groups. You will also be required to assess learners' skills and knowledge to ensure they meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality first aid training courses to learners
  • Assess learners' skills and knowledge to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of first aid guidelines and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with learners and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
  • Knowledge of first aid guidelines and regulations, including ANZCOR and ARC guidelines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility and availability to work both weekdays and weekends
  • Friendly and engaging personality
