Sales Representative

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, promoting and selling products, maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Your daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, processing orders, warehousing where required, tracking sales performance, and staying informed about industry trends and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with clients

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the refrigeration, air conditioning, or trade industry is highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of customer service and ability to build lasting relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Knowledge of the products and brands distributed by AIR Wholesalers is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
