Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage multiple Data Centre projects, ensuring they exceed client expectations, timeframes, costs, and specifications.">
  • Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Project Controllers, enabling 'on the job' professional growth and development.">
  • Collaborate with Regional Digital Infrastructure Industry Leaders to report on project progress and build client relationships.">
  • Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting.">
  • Engage and establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A broad range of experiences throughout your career, demonstrating how you have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.">
  • Strong project delivery experience across the full lifecycle of data centre developments, with demonstrated experience of having delivered a data centre end to end.">
  • Desire to lead, grow, and develop a group of emerging Data Centre Project Managers through sharing your skills and insights gained from your experience.">
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities.">
  • Project Management qualifications or experience and ideally a background in construction.">
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to relocate to Melbourne.">
