Job Opportunity

Mentor and support school leavers with a disability or from different demographics to achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with school leavers, families, and stakeholders.
  • Bridge the gap between school leavers with a disability and employment opportunities.
  • Facilitate fun and engaging group capacity building classes, work safety, and job search sessions.
  • Research industries to help gain opportunities.
  • Liaise and negotiate with local businesses and potential employers on behalf of our employees.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in employment services and supporting someone with a disability.
  • Clear communication.
  • Open to a fixed-term position with the potential to extend.
  • Strong administration and report writing skills.
  • Current NSW Driver's License (P2 and above).
