Full-time Technician Role with Initial Hygiene

We're seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of technicians, working Monday to Friday, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and swap out hygiene products, including mats and tea towels, as part of our routine servicing schedule.
  • Perform Sharp Sweeps, First Aid, Premium Scenting, Steam Treatment, and Detailed Bathroom Cleans to ensure our clients' facilities meet the highest hygiene standards.
  • Install, repair, and remove hygiene products, including equipment and consumables, to meet our clients' needs.
  • Work to a planned schedule within a designated zone, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service standards and meet client needs, contributing to the growth and development of our business.
