Senior Scheduler Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced scheduler to join our team in Cairns. Reporting to the Scheduler Lead, you will be key in building and maintaining project schedules that support our sustainment contracts.

This role involves developing high-level and detailed schedules to support operations and delivery across ISS contracts. You will establish project baselines for resource and capacity planning, maintain accurate and consistent schedules across all project teams, and work with cost controllers and managers to produce Earned Value Management (EVM) reports and control variance.

As a senior scheduler, you will continuously improve scheduling systems in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will use your analytical and communication skills to ensure project performance is measurable, trackable, and aligned with the bigger picture.

Australian citizenship is essential for security clearance. We require someone with up to 5 years' experience in a scheduling role, confident using Primavera P6 (minimum 2 years' hands-on experience), and a strong understanding of EVM, project forecasting, and cost estimation.
