A highly skilled Scheduler is sought to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining project schedules that drive success.

Using data insights, you will support project teams in making informed decisions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure project performance is measurable and trackable.

This position involves developing high-level and detailed schedules for operations and delivery across various projects, establishing project baselines for resource and capacity planning, and maintaining accurate and consistent schedules across all project teams.

Responsibilities
  • Developing complex project schedules to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establishing project parameters to inform resource allocation and capacity planning
  • Maintaining project schedule integrity to ensure visibility and control
  • Producing regular EVM reports and variance analysis to inform project management decisions
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve scheduling systems and processes
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship - essential for security clearance
  • Up-to 5 years' experience in a scheduling or project coordination role
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 (minimum 2 years' hands-on experience)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data insights
  • Experience working with Defence, Government, or Commercial stakeholders
  • Certified Practising Project Manager (CPPM or above) through AIPM
  • Shipbuilding or Defence experience highly regarded
