Employment Support Specialist

We're seeking an Employment Support Specialist to empower individuals with disabilities, injuries or health conditions to achieve their employment goals. This role involves working collaboratively with clients to identify their aspirations, build skills and job readiness, and support them through interviews into sustainable employment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Encourage and motivate clients to find employment opportunities
  • Establish relationships with local employers to source job openings for clients
  • Place clients in stable employment leading to successful outcomes
  • Ensure all activities are documented and adhere to compliance requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Able to work effectively with individuals overcoming challenges
  • Strong liaison skills with stakeholders and a focus on achieving key performance indicators
  • Willingness to be part of a supportive team environment
