Job Title: Team Lead

Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team in the Food Services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of all activities, supervising staff, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate front of house activities to achieve high standards and optimize customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with hospital food safety program and maintain high standards of hygiene
  • Manage staff rosters and ensure adequate coverage
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a food service or hospitality environment
  • Demonstrated understanding and competencies in manual handling training, chemical use, hand hygiene, and food safety
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and use initiative and flexibility
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work well within a team
