Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced software solutions expert to provide guidance to our customers in the Australian B2B software sector.

This role involves working closely with our customers to help them scale up and grow their business on cloud-based platforms.

  • Work directly with customers to accelerate their products and initiatives, recommending best-practice cloud architectures aligned with their long-term business objectives.
  • Drive technical discussions with customers, diving deep into complex challenges to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
  • Scope and own each customer engagement, focusing on clear objectives and success criteria.
  • Define and execute a strategy engaging highly technical teams, including Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers, and AWS professional services consultants.
  • Act as a thought leader in the wider community, sharing knowledge, best practices, and expertise through events, whitepapers, blogs, and workshops.
  • Share customer insights to influence the development of new features and services for the cloud platform.
