About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our BCF team at Taren Point. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting store operations and assisting with leading our teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
