We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Service Coordinator to join our team at Richard Jay, a leading provider of laundry, warewashing, and chemical dispensing solutions. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining a high level of coordination between service technicians, administration staff, customers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer requests for service effectively and in a timely manner, following up as required.
  • Administer client service and order information into our computerized system, generating reports as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming service, support, and spare parts requests from internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent phone manner, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and customer follow-up procedures.
  • Methodical worker with great attention to detail.
  • Experience with computerized systems.
  • Proactive, self-starter, and reliable with an enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with Excel being essential.
  • Able to demonstrate multi-tasking abilities, priority, and Time Management in a team-work environment.
