Wills and Estates Lawyer

The role involves assisting clients in creating comprehensive estate plans, drafting wills, navigating probate proceedings, and resolving complex estate disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in crafting bespoke estate plans, including drafting wills and testamentary trusts.
  • Prepare essential estate planning documents, such as simple Wills and more complex trust-based arrangements.
  • BUILD strong client relationships through exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations to provide expert guidance to clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Wills and Estates, coupled with a solid understanding of Australian law and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, adapting to changing priorities with flexibility and agility.
  • Pursuing further study or qualifications in the practice area is highly regarded.
