Wills and Estate Planning Specialist

About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to deliver high-quality estate planning services, including drafting complex documents such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship. The successful candidate will have strong collaboration skills, be able to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrate a problem-solving approach to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional estate planning services to clients across NSW.
- Develop and execute comprehensive estate plans that meet client needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve team goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as law, finance, or professional services.
- Experience in estate planning, Will making, and document execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
