We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage client relationships with key fundraising accounts.
Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the fundraising sector
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, set goals, train and motivate group leaders to increase fundraising revenue
- Presentation skills to engage audiences at public events like Rotary meetings, school assemblies, social club events, etc.
- Advise on social media, email, website, and digital strategies to support fundraising efforts
- Utilize print collateral effectively to enhance fundraising outcomes
- Coordinate regular email broadcasts, weekly calls, and incentives for fundraisers to achieve their targets
- Aquire new fundraising and premium accounts annually through proactive business development
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
