Mechanical Products Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Parts Representative to join our team at our Tweed Heads branch.
The successful candidate will work a 10.5-hour shift on a Monday-Friday schedule, providing exceptional customer support and operating in a fast-paced position with high levels of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to perform duties such as loading and unloading.
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound call management and customers ordering parts.
- Interpret parts to understand what will suit the customers' needs.
- Engage with customers to ensure enquiries and their post-purchase needs are met.
- Participate in regular stocktakes.
- Assist in general warehousing duties including picking, packing and dispatching parts.
Skills & Experience:
- A driver's license is required.
- Experience in warehousing is desirable.
- An interest in mechanical and industrial products is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills and dedication to customer service are essential.
- Intermediate computer literacy skills, MS Office and internet-based applications, are required.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal, are necessary.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, are desired.
- Familiarity with CAT products is desirable.
