Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Schedule Manager to join our team on a major engineering construction project. As a pivotal team member, you will play a key role in the project's success, contributing to the development of detailed execution schedules and monitoring progress.

Job Description
  • Develop and manage complex project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accurate representation of project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify key dependencies, critical path activities, and potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor and update schedules regularly, communicating changes and progress to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of project plans, including procurement plans, quantity curves, and bedding forecasts, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Conduct regular schedule reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to optimize project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project scheduling, preferably on large-scale construction projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and other project planning tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
