Job Description:

Our team is seeking a skilled Civil Designer to join our Community Development department. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software, as well as strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.

The successful applicant will be responsible for interpreting civil design requirements, interfacing with associated disciplines, and working on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects within the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

This role can be based in either Carrara or Springfield, offering a great work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated senior civil designer experience in land, urban and subdivisions
  • Relevant qualifications such as Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
