Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Western Australia.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our installation and assembly team to ensure they have the correct parts and equipment to complete jobs efficiently.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in-person and over the telephone
  • Assisting the Parts Manager to maintain inventory levels
  • Managing the customer parts order process and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Administering customer warranty parts returns and processing all required invoices and paperwork
  • Receiving and checking incoming goods against purchase orders
  • Preparing and shipping customer orders while ensuring accuracy
  • Interfacing with engineering and operations departments as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
  • Covering the counter at other facilities when needed
  • Performing other duties as required

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an automotive customer service/retail environment
  • Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow up on tasks
  • Familiarity with truck equipment and/or automotive industry parts sales and service
