**Job Summary**

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our engineering team in the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. As the Civil Design Lead, you will oversee all elements of civil design, ensuring seamless integration with other disciplines and delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

**Responsibilities**

  • Oversight of civil design management through all project delivery phases.
  • Liaison with stakeholders to identify civil works required for project implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant contractual obligations, including design assurance, systems engineering, configuration control, and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or related qualifications.
  • Minimum 10 plus years of experience post degree completion, with at least 3-5 years of technical management experience.
  • Proven track record of leading an engineering team and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Professional certifications or training in civil design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, etc)
  • Experience with end-to-end delivery of large infrastructure projects, including operator involvement and whole-of-life considerations.
  • High level understanding of systems engineering process and rail system safety analysis.
