Every Monday Optometrist – Flexible Part-Time Position

We are seeking an Optometrist to work with us on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work independently, conducting eye tests and providing treatment plans for patients.
Responsibilities:- Conduct routine eye tests for patients, including visual acuity testing, refraction, and OCT scans.
- Prescribe glasses or contact lenses as necessary, ensuring accurate prescriptions and optimal vision correction.
- Provide thorough explanations of test results and treatment options to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as an optometrist.
- Completed undergraduate degree in optometry from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
