To ensure a seamless transition and continued support for our teams and customers, we need a skilled Legal Admin/Contract Management specialist to provide vital administrative and contract management assistance.

This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact by:

  • Reviewing incoming contract novations, summarizing key terms and conditions, and highlighting crucial information for the legal team's review.
  • Coordinating and facilitating the contract approval process, ensuring all relevant stakeholders review and approve documents in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and organizing contract files, guaranteeing that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Supporting the Contract Manager with contract administration tasks, including tracking timelines, milestones, and obligations.
  • Assisting with legal aspects related to the separation and transition process.
  • Providing general administrative support to the legal team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling queries, managing correspondence, and creating reports.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and consultants to support legal aspects of business operations and strategic initiatives.

You'll bring your expertise to this role, specifically:

  • Experience in paralegal or administrative positions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies or issues in contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect:

  • $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience.
