Electrical Business Growth Specialist

This pivotal role encompasses championing low voltage electrical products across major industrial and commercial projects spanning sectors such as mining, metals & minerals, water & wastewater, renewables, commercial buildings, and data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify significant projects early and engage key stakeholders.
  • Forge relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, and partners.
  • Secure project specifications and support pursuits across QLD or WA.
  • Collaborate with distributors on pricing, stock, and support alignment.
  • Manage third-party switchboard manufacturer relationships.
  • Utilize CRM (SieSales) for forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Attend training and networking events to enhance market engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development or major project pursuits.
  • Detailed understanding of electrical distribution systems.
  • Aptitude to manage complex sales involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with forecasting tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
