The Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end payroll processing for up to 1,300 team members
  • Ensuring compliance and governance across all payroll processes
  • Collaborating with key teams to drive improvements and challenge system outputs
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Has 5-10 years' experience in payroll, with a deep understanding of AU payroll legislation
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Is able to communicate complex payroll concepts clearly
  • Has SAP ECP knowledge, or is willing to learn
