**Empower Business Growth**

As a skilled leader, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a high-performing team of professionals who deliver cutting-edge services to clients. You will oversee the performance, delivery, and service of your staff, ensuring that they meet their key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive successful outcomes for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. You will manage a team of 8 Self Employment Assistance Consultants across Melbourne and Gippsland regions.
  2. You will build strong relationships with industry associations and community organizations to foster collaboration and opportunities.
  3. You will create a healthy work culture where staff are engaged, connected, and accountable.
  4. You will empower and motivate your team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  5. You will drive the performance of the office to ensure successful long-term outcomes for our clients.
  6. You will manage the delivery of coaching, training, and mentoring to ensure the success and performance of your team.

**Program Overview:**

The Self Employment Assistance program is funded by the Department of Small Businesses and supports job seekers in establishing their own businesses. The program provides valuable knowledge and guidance through accredited training in New Small Business Management and ongoing mentoring and support.
