About Us

At G8 Education, we strive to create a supportive environment for our Early Childhood Teachers to grow professionally. Our Early Childhood Teacher First Steps induction program is designed to provide continued support and training for 3 months, allowing you to collaborate, learn, and grow with our team.

  • We understand the importance of a strong support system, which is why we pair you with an ECT Buddy to help you settle into your role.
  • Join our Community Connection Sessions to network with other ECTs, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners.

This role is a Full-Time position working 38 hours per week.

Successful Applicants must hold:

  • An ACECQA approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
    • Alternatively, working towards the above qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
  • Teacher's Registration or eligible to apply
